Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

• Guide, mentor, and coach teams towards Agile maturity.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile values & principles.

• Drive continuous improvement across multiple teams.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define Agile transformation strategy.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members & stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 8–10 years of experience in Agile roles (Scrum Master, Agile Coach, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar frameworks.

• Experience in large-scale Agile transformations.

• Certifications such as CSM, SAFe Agilist, or ICP-ACC preferred.
