Job Description:

Infosys is looking for an Agile Consultant / Scrum Master to lead enterprise Agile transformations with a strong emphasis on AI, ML, MLOps, and Generative AI. The role involves diagnosing Agile maturity, coaching teams, designing Agile adoption strategies, and enabling AI-powered delivery efficiencies across client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess current Agile maturity and recommend improvements
• Define Agile transformation strategies at enterprise and team levels
• Coach Scrum and Agile teams on best practices
• Deliver customized Agile and Scrum training programs
• Influence stakeholders on Agile adoption benefits
• Support engineering and DevOps practices
• Enable AI-driven Agile tools and automation
• Improve delivery efficiency using data-driven insights

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks
• Agile coaching and consulting experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI concepts
• Facilitation and mentoring skills

Preferred Skills:

• Scrum Master / Agile Coach certification (CSM, SAFe, ICP)
• Experience in enterprise-scale Agile transformations
• Exposure to AI-enabled Agile tools
• Consulting background

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field
(Master’s degree preferred)
