Job Description:

Andor Tech is seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager who has mandatorily transitioned from a Software Developer role into Agile leadership. The role requires deep hands-on Agile expertise combined with strong technical understanding of .NET and C#. The candidate will be responsible for facilitating Scrum practices, ensuring sprint delivery, and collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and enforce Agile best practices
• Ensure sprint planning, execution, and timely delivery
• Identify and remove impediments impacting team progress
• Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders
• Track sprint progress and delivery using JIRA or Azure DevOps
• Promote continuous improvement within Agile teams
• Support teams through Agile transformation initiatives
• Ensure adherence to SDLC and Agile frameworks

Required Skills:

• Prior hands-on experience as a Software Developer
• Mandatory transition from Developer to Scrum Master
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC
• Technical expertise in .NET and C#
• Experience with JIRA or Azure DevOps

Preferred Skills:

• Scrum certification (CSM / PSM)
• Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Agile coaching and mentoring experience

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
