Job Description:
The Agile Scrum Master will play a pivotal role in managing the delivery of complex commercial solutions in a dynamic, Agile environment. The role requires leading cross-functional Scrum teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, and supporting the realization of business outcomes throughout the product lifecycle. The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader to foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement while aligning project delivery with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Ensure Scrum principles and Agile practices are followed by all team members.

• Manage end-to-end project delivery including scope, timelines, resources, and risk management.

• Track project progress, identify blockers, and proactively resolve issues.

• Coach and mentor team members to improve productivity and delivery quality.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.

• Promote continuous improvement through process evaluation and metrics analysis.

• Support reporting and visibility of project progress to leadership.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Experience in facilitating distributed or cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Azure DevOps.

• Leadership skills to mentor and guide project teams.
