Job Description
The Associate Scrum Master will play a key role in driving Agile project delivery and ensuring effective team collaboration within an ERP environment. The role requires strong project management experience and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe Agile.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple significant projects simultaneously.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Remove impediments and support continuous improvement within teams.
Ensure Agile practices are implemented effectively in ERP projects.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Project Management and/or as a Scrum Master.
Proven experience managing more than one large project at a time.
Strong knowledge of SAFe Agile framework.
Hands-on experience working in an Agile ERP environment.
Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification required.
