Job Summary:

Mazik Tech Solutions is seeking a skilled D365 CE Functional Consultant to join their Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in implementing Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service modules, along with strong functional and client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in end-to-end implementation of D365 CE: Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service modules

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and perform fit-gap analysis

• Prepare functional design documentation and user training materials

• Configure and customize D365 CE features to meet business needs

• Coordinate with technical consultants for system integration and performance

• Support UAT, Go-Live, and post-implementation phases

• Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure project milestones are met

• Be available for on-site work in Hyderabad and client travel as needed

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 4–5 years total experience with at least 3+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM)

• Must have completed at least one full-cycle implementation in Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service

• Deep knowledge of CRM processes: lead-to-cash, campaign management, case lifecycle

• Experience configuring case management, SLAs, queues, and routing rules

• Familiarity with Omnichannel for Customer Service

• Working knowledge of the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)

• Exposure to ERP or portal integrations

• Strong analytical, documentation, and client-facing skills

Education:

• UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization
