Job Overview

Quadrant Technologies is seeking an experienced D365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant to lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects, from requirement gathering through to go-live and support. The ideal candidate will bring extensive ERP consulting experience, deep expertise in D365 modules, and the ability to align technology solutions with complex business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional streams of D365 F&O implementation and upgrade projects

• Conduct detailed requirement analysis with business stakeholders and document functional specifications

• Configure and deploy modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Inventory, and Project Management & Accounting

• Design and document functional solutions and business process flows

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration and data migration

• Oversee system testing, UAT, and provide user training and post-implementation support

• Stay informed on Microsoft’s latest releases and capabilities within the D365 ecosystem

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of ERP consulting experience, including 5+ years with D365 Finance and Operations

• Successful track record of delivering 2–3 full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations

• Strong functional knowledge in financial and operational modules

• Experience with solution configuration, functional design, and integration

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure DevOps, and Lifecycle Services (LCS)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O (preferred)
