Job Description:

GeoDataTek Inc. is seeking an experienced D365 Finance Functional Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions. The role involves close collaboration with clients and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient ERP solutions. The consultant will play a key role in finance process optimization, system configuration, user training, and post-implementation support across global projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and finance requirements
• Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules
• Translate business needs into functional design documents
• Collaborate with technical teams for solution development and deployment
• Support system testing, UAT, and deployment activities
• Provide end-user training and post-go-live support
• Ensure alignment with best practices and compliance standards
• Interact with stakeholders across local and international teams

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
• Understanding of finance, accounting, and ERP processes
• Business process analysis and functional documentation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Dynamics 365 Finance certifications
• Experience working with global clients
• Exposure to Azure and Power Platform integrations

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field
