Job Description:

Teamware Solutions is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Assistant Manager – SCM to lead enterprise-scale ERP implementations for global clients. The role involves owning solution design, managing functional teams, and driving finance and supply chain transformation initiatives using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end D365 F&O Finance and SCM implementations
• Manage full project lifecycle from discovery to post-go-live support
• Define solution architecture aligned with client business goals
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and configuration
• Mentor consultants and ensure high-quality functional deliverables
• Manage project budgets, resources, and profitability
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients for finance transformation
• Collaborate with development, testing, and integration teams

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and AX 2012 R3
• Deep understanding of finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, H2R)
• Experience in ERP implementation and system configuration
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and compliance standards

Preferred Skills:

• Working knowledge of D365 SCM modules
• Experience with Power Platform and Azure services
• Agile delivery and Azure DevOps experience
• Multi-country or multi-entity rollout exposure
