Job Description:
The Assistant Manager will lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementations for global clients, focusing on finance and supply chain management (SCM) processes. The role involves managing functional teams, defining solution architecture, overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients. The candidate will guide business process transformations, support system configuration, data migration, and user adoption, and drive continuous improvement in solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead D365 F&O Finance and SCM implementations across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cost Accounting, Project Accounting, Expense Management.

• Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.

• Define solution architecture and guide configuration decisions aligned with client business objectives.

• Manage full project lifecycle from discovery to deployment and post-go-live support.

• Mentor functional consultants and review deliverables to ensure high-quality output.

• Manage project financials, resource planning, and profitability tracking.

• Collaborate with development, testing, and integration teams to ensure seamless delivery.

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.

• Stay updated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 product updates and best practices.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and implement process improvements.

• Support multi-country rollouts, multi-entity environments, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and AX 2012 R3.

• Strong knowledge of R2R, P2P, O2C, H2R, and E2I processes.

• Experience managing full F&O Finance implementations including system configuration, data migration, and user adoption.

• Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and SOX compliance.

• Experience integrating D365 with Power Platform, Azure, and third-party tools.

• Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and design skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, data governance, and security standards.

• Experience with SCM modules: Inventory, P2P, O2C, Advanced Warehousing, Transportation, Master Planning, Demand Forecasting, Enterprise Asset Management.

• Ability to coach, mentor, and facilitate workshops for teams and clients.
