About the Role

IITJobs is hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Assistant Manager – Finance for a contract opportunity with a Big Four consulting firm. This is a hands-on role requiring deep finance process knowledge and ERP implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle Finance implementations on Dynamics 365 F&O

• Configure systems, manage data migration, and support user adoption

• Collaborate on integration with Power Platform, Azure, and third-party tools

• Apply Agile delivery methodology using Azure DevOps

• Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and SOX standards

• Support Supply Chain Management modules as needed

Required Experience & Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 F&O and AX 2012 R3

• Strong understanding of finance domains: R2R, P2P, O2C, H2R, E2I

• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and industry standards

• Proven experience in system configuration and stakeholder collaboration

• Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Supply Chain (SCM) modules

• Exposure to integration architecture and automation frameworks
