About the Role:

Intech Systems, a Microsoft Solutions Partner, is looking for an experienced D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant to join our consulting team. The role requires deep domain knowledge in finance and hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations. You will work closely with clients to analyze business needs, configure and deploy D365 F&O solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation efforts for the financial modules of D365 F&O, including General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash and Bank, Project Accounting, and Inventory Accounting.

• Conduct detailed requirement analysis and prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs).

• Collaborate with technical teams on development requirements and assist with Technical Design Documents (TDDs).

• Perform system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

• Provide support during all phases of the project lifecycle including pre-sales, solution demos, user training, and post-implementation.

• Assist project managers in planning, execution, and delivery of project milestones.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure solution alignment and project success.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O, specifically in financial modules.

• Minimum 2–3 full life-cycle D365 Finance project implementations.

• Strong knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles.

• Certified in D365 F&O Financial Management.

• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and lead client engagements.

• Willingness to travel for project needs.
