Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (minimum 3 full implementations).

• Analyze, plan, configure, test, and implement D365 F&O modules.

• Collaborate with technical teams to define and execute customization requirements.

• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and support user acceptance testing.

• Provide go-live and post-implementation support.

• Manage ticket-based support systems with predefined SLAs.

• Train and support key users during and after implementation.

• Apply project implementation methodology and ERP system design best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• In-depth functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O – Finance and related modules.

• 7+ years of ERP implementation experience.

• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of data upload using Excel templates.

• Team leadership experience and learning plan preparation for team members.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent professional experience)
