About the Role

Net Connect is hiring experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultants to lead and optimize the financial module implementation across multiple enterprise projects. This is a great opportunity for professionals with strong finance and D365 F&O expertise to drive transformational change across top-tier clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional configurations.

• Implement and configure core D365 financial modules:

  • General Ledger (GL)

  • Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Fixed Assets

  • Cash & Bank Management

• Streamline finance processes using D365 functionality.

• Prepare FDDs, test cases, UAT documentation, and training resources.

• Collaborate with developers on customizations and integrations.

• Support go-live and post-implementation stabilization.

• Advise clients on best practices and compliance standards in D365 Finance.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of total experience, with 2.5+ years in D365 F&O Finance module consulting.

• Strong configuration knowledge in GL, AR, AP, FA, and Cash & Bank.

• Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end D365 F&O implementation.

• Sound understanding of finance business processes and reporting.

• Strong client handling, analytical, and documentation skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Microsoft D365 Finance certification is a plus.
