Job Description

Iatika Technologies is seeking an experienced D365 F&O Functional Consultant with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX. The ideal candidate will have deep implementation expertise and strong leadership capabilities to ensure quality delivery and client satisfaction. This hybrid role spans multiple locations and involves working closely with senior management, project stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional implementations of Dynamics 365 F&O / Dynamics AX

• Guide and configure multiple D365 ERP modules based on business requirements

• Provide cross-functional insights and support across Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP systems

• Deliver high-quality solutions and ensure on-time project delivery

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and team members

• Promote change management best practices to drive system adoption

• Address and escalate project risks and challenges effectively

• Respond to senior leadership with clear decision support

• Ensure alignment with the client’s business vision and implementation priorities

• Leverage industry best practices to drive successful, practical solutions

• Facilitate post-implementation support and enhancement of D365 systems

Candidate Requirements

• Extensive experience (16–26 years) in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / Dynamics AX

• Hands-on expertise with D365 ERP modules and Dynamics AX

• Strong understanding of functional configurations and cross-module interactions

• Prior leadership experience in large ERP projects

• Confidence to interact with senior stakeholders and advise on solutions

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and escalation management skills

• Ability to handle project pressure while maintaining focus on delivery goals

Educational Qualifications

• UG: BCA / B.Tech / B.E. in Computers

• PG: MCA / M.Tech in Computers
