Job Description:

MindQuad Solutions is hiring experienced Functional Consultants for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) with domain expertise in Finance and/or Supply Chain Management (SCM). This role requires hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and client delivery across multiple modules like Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory, and Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute end-to-end D365 FO implementation projects across various industries.

• Customize, design, and configure D365 FO functionalities as per client-specific needs.

• Conduct system testing, UAT, and support cutover activities.

• Provide training and ongoing support to end-users and key stakeholders.

• Gather and document business requirements, develop functional designs, and prepare solution proposals.

• Participate in pre-sales activities, including client presentations and effort estimations.

• Maintain high standards of project documentation and deliverables.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in D365 FO as a Functional Consultant.

• Strong knowledge of Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory, and Sales modules.

• Proficient in full project life cycle implementation – design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

• Understanding of business processes in the domains of finance and supply chain.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and in team-based, collaborative environments.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations certification is a plus.

Educational Requirements:

• UG: Any Graduate

• Additional certifications in Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 FO preferred.
