Job Summary

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Functional Consultant will assist in implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 modules to align business processes with system functionality. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless system configuration, testing, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation and optimization of D365 F&O modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, and Projects.

• Participate in requirement gathering sessions and document functional specifications.

• Conduct gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions.

• Assist in configuration, testing, training, and go-live activities.

• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.

• Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional issues.

• Prepare user manuals, training materials, and functional documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a D365 F&O Functional Consultant.

• Knowledge of Finance, SCM, or Projects modules.

• Experience in preparing Functional Design Documents (FDD).

• Understanding of end-to-end implementation life cycles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (or equivalent).

• Experience in client-facing or support environments.

• Knowledge of Power Platform and data migration tools.
