Job Description:

Smart Lion is hiring an experienced D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant to support global ERP implementations for clients across the US, Europe, and the Middle East. The role involves end-to-end functional ownership, including requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, user training, testing, and post go-live support. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in Finance and Supply Chain modules along with proven experience in full-cycle D365 F&O or AX 2012 implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for D365 Finance & Operations
• Configure and implement D365 F&O modules including Finance, SCM, Procurement, and Inventory
• Conduct requirement workshops, gap-fit analysis, and solution design sessions with clients
• Lead functional testing activities including SIT and UAT
• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
• Deliver end-user training and prepare functional documentation
• Support go-live activities and provide post-implementation functional support
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate solution delivery
• Engage with global stakeholders across multiple geographies

Required Skills:

• Strong functional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or AX 2012
• In-depth knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Inventory modules
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle ERP implementations
• Strong client interaction and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with global clients across US, Europe, or Middle East regions
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central
• Knowledge of financial operations and compliance processes
• Experience in consulting or client-facing roles

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
(UG: Any Graduate)
