Job Description

Pradeepit Consulting Services is hiring a skilled D365 F&O Functional Consultant with 4 to 9 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). This role requires strong domain knowledge in Finance, Procurement, Inventory, or related modules. You will be working on implementation, configuration, stakeholder collaboration, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.

• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to align with client business needs.

• Conduct and lead functional design workshops.

• Translate functional requirements into effective D365 solutions.

• Create Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).

• Support UAT, deployment, and end-user training sessions.

• Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional issues.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional and technical teams.

• Stay up to date with Microsoft updates and product enhancements.

Eligibility Criteria

• 4 to 9 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O.

• Strong hands-on expertise in at least one D365 F&O module: Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Projects, or Production.

• Experience in full-cycle implementation projects.

• Ability to work independently and in team settings.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Microsoft D365 certifications are preferred.

• Exposure to Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps) is a plus.
