Job Summary

Lexicon Infotech is seeking a seasoned Assistant Manager with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O SCM to lead global ERP implementations, manage functional teams, drive solution architecture, and oversee transformation for finance and supply chain domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead D365 F&O SCM and finance implementations.

• Manage complete ERP project lifecycle from discovery to go-live support.

• Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and configuration.

• Drive solution architecture aligned with business objectives.

• Mentor consultants and review functional deliverables.

• Manage budgeting, profitability, and resource planning.

• Build strong client relationships and provide strategic guidance.

• Collaborate with development, testing, and integration teams.

• Mitigate project risks through proactive planning.

• Stay updated with Microsoft product enhancements.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and AX 2012 R3.

• Strong understanding of R2R, P2P, O2C, H2R, E2I business cycles.

• Experience in configuration, data migration, user adoption, and compliance (IFRS, GAAP, SOX).

• Experience integrating with Power Platform, Azure, and third-party systems.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps.

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and data governance.

Preferred Experience

• SCM modules: Inventory, P2P, O2C, Warehousing, TMS, Master Planning, Demand Forecasting, Intercompany, EAM.

• Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).

• Multi-country rollouts and multi-entity implementations.

• Workshop facilitation and team mentorship.
