Role Summary:

The SCM Functional Architect will lead analysis, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (SCM) modules. The role involves managing large rollout projects, conducting workshops with business users, and ensuring successful delivery across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive analysis and design workshops with business teams.

• Implement D365 SCM functional modules including Trade & Logistics.

• Handle Product Information Management, Advanced Warehousing, Inventory, and Quality Management.

• Manage the Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes.

• Conduct requirement gathering, CRP, training, UAT, and Go-Live activities.

• Prepare detailed documentation including FDD, Fit-Gap analysis, and training guides.

• Collaborate with technical and business users to implement key solutions.

• Recommend process improvements to enhance SCM efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 8 years in D365 SCM functional consulting (Dynamics 365 F&O).

• Involvement in at least three D365 implementations including post-Go-Live support.

• Experience in large-scale rollout projects.

• Strong understanding of workflows, configurations, and master planning.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.

• Agile methodology and DevOps experience preferred.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Microsoft Certified: MB-330, MB-335
