Job Description:

People Staffing Solutions is hiring an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Technical Consultant to work on enterprise ERP implementations and enhancements. The role requires strong technical expertise in X++ development, integrations, reporting, and ERP architecture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in D365 F&O development, performance optimization, and Azure DevOps–based deployment pipelines while working in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Perform X++ development using Extensions, Chain of Command (CoC), and Event Handlers
• Design and implement integrations using OData, AIF, REST APIs, and custom web services
• Develop and maintain SSRS reports and Electronic Reporting (ER) solutions
• Work with Data Management Framework (DMF) for data migration and integration
• Configure and manage security roles and access controls
• Optimize system performance and manage batch processing jobs
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business processes and requirements
• Manage build and release pipelines using Azure DevOps

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / AX 2012
• Expertise in X++ programming
• Experience with Extensions, CoC, and Event Handlers
• Knowledge of DMF, SSRS, and Electronic Reporting (ER)
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, OData, AIF, and custom web services
• Solid understanding of ERP architecture, data modeling, and business processes
• Experience with Azure DevOps build and release pipelines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in performance tuning and batch job optimization
• Strong knowledge of D365 F&O security framework
• Experience working in hybrid or enterprise-scale environments
• Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
