Job Description:

Bosch Global Software Technologies is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Technical Consultant to join its enterprise technology team. The role involves delivering high-quality technical solutions across implementation and support projects. The consultant will work closely with functional teams and end customers, handle UAT, deliver training, and provide post-go-live support while ensuring adherence to Microsoft best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand technical requirements
• Design, develop, and customize D365 F&O components including forms, reports, workflows, and integrations
• Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with Microsoft standards and best practices
• Support end-to-end implementation activities including design, development, testing, and deployment
• Handle UAT cycles and resolve technical issues in coordination with stakeholders
• Conduct technical training sessions and prepare solution documentation
• Support data migration, system upgrades, and performance optimization
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement solutions

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Proficiency in X++, SSRS, Data Entities, and Power Platform
• Experience with Azure DevOps, LCS, and integration tools (OData, REST APIs, Logic Apps)
• Good understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management modules
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in enterprise-scale ERP implementations
• Exposure to performance tuning and version upgrades
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for D365 F&O
• Experience working in global delivery models

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
