Job Description:
Exigo Tech, a Sydney-based technology solutions provider, is seeking a Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Consultant to join the application team. The consultant will plan, design, build, configure, and maintain Dynamics 365 F&O projects. The role involves technical consultancy, designing end-to-end solutions, system integrations, and ensuring project deliverables meet schedule and quality standards. The candidate will work closely with functional consultants, development teams, and clients to provide scalable and maintainable solutions across Finance, SCM, Retail, POS, Commerce, and Trade modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical consultancy for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects.

• Review functional designs and produce high-quality Technical Design Documents (TDD).

• Collaborate with functional consultants to clarify design requirements.

• Assist in technical design for GAP requirements and ensure technical consistency.

• Develop solutions in Dynamics 365 for Finance, SCM, Retail, POS, and Commerce modules.

• Customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 using X++ and C#.

• Develop retail extensions for MPOS/CPOS, CRT, and retail server.

• Design, develop, test, and support data integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party/legacy systems using AIF services, D365 web services, CDX/CDS, .NET Business Connector, and SSIS.

• Implement best practices and improve ongoing maintenance processes.

• Develop reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

• Manage architecture, functional, and technical analysis of solution designs in Dynamics 365 F&O.

• Execute Dynamics Commerce platform implementation, customizations, and integrations.

• Integrate PSP (Payment Service Providers) with Dynamics 365 F&O.

• Manage Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS).

• Provide production support and ensure solutions align with technology strategy.

Required Technical Skills:

• Dynamics 365 F&O and AX 2012 customizations using X++.

• Dynamics Retail and POS customizations (retail server and commerce runtime) using C#.

• Dynamics AX 2012-R3 and Dynamics 365 integrations.

• SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).

• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies: PowerBI, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Lake, SQL Server, Exchange, SharePoint.

• Knowledge of PowerApps, Common Data Services, Office 365, and broader Microsoft stack.

• Experience with Lifecycle Services, BPM/RSAT, and DevOps.

• Understanding of integrations and third-party solutions.

• Experience with 2–4 full lifecycle D365 F&O or AX 2012 R2/R3 implementations in SCM.

Certifications:
