Job Description

ValueLabs is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Technical Consultant to design, develop, and implement technical solutions aligned with business processes across finance, supply chain, HR, and project management domains.

You will play a critical role in translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing D365 F&O solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions using D365 F&O

• Design and implement customizations, integrations, and extensions using Microsoft technologies including X++, Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps

• Configure and customize modules including Finance, SCM, HR, and Projects

• Develop and maintain workflows, business processes, and data migration strategies

• Conduct system testing, debugging, and performance tuning

• Support go-live, training, documentation, and post-deployment activities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Ensure security, data privacy, and compliance are upheld

• Stay current with updates and best practices in D365 F&O and Azure ecosystem

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in D365 F&O technical roles

• Proficient in:

  • X++ programming and AOT

  • Data migration via Data Management Framework (DMF)

  • Azure-based integrations (Logic Apps, API Management, Power Automate)

  • Security models including RBAC

  • Source control using Azure DevOps or Git

• Familiarity with modern AL (Application Language) development practices

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Developer Associate (preferred)

• Exposure to DevOps pipelines and release management within D365 F&O environments

• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
