Job Description:

Miracle Software Systems is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Techno-Functional Consultant to join its on-site team in Visakhapatnam. The role involves analyzing business requirements, implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 F&O modules, and providing end-to-end functional and technical support. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful ERP deployment, optimization, and ongoing system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and gather functional requirements
• Implement and configure Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules
• Customize solutions to meet business needs
• Prepare functional and technical design documents
• Support system integrations and data migration
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance
• Collaborate with development, testing, and business teams
• Provide post-implementation support and enhancements

Required Skills:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting
• X++ programming and SQL
• ERP implementation and support experience
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
• Experience in customer-facing ERP roles
• Integration and data migration expertise

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
