Job Description:

Seeking a Techno-Functional professional to manage and support the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) platform within the trading and manufacturing business units. The candidate will be part of the Dynamics 365 Center of Excellence (CoE) under the Corporate IT Team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support D365 F&O application for Trading and Manufacturing domains.

• Work closely with business SMEs to gather requirements and develop technical specifications.

• Implement and support modules such as WMS, Inventory, Production, Finance, and Supply Chain.

• Provide support for testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

• Actively contribute to business growth by proposing scalable technical solutions.

Required Skills:

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in D365 F&O implementation and management.

• Domain experience in Trading/Manufacturing preferred.

• Strong knowledge of configuration, customization, and data modeling in Dynamics 365 F&O.

• Exposure to Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Qualification:
