Role Overview:

Fixity EDX is looking for experienced D365 Functional Consultants with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementations, overall solution design, and managing integration, data migration, and FastTrack deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects in Dynamics 365 F&O, including Finance and SCM modules.

• Prepare and deliver Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and Technical Design Documents (TDD).

• Deliver comprehensive Solution Blueprints aligned with client needs and Microsoft best practices.

• Define and manage D365 integration and data migration strategy, including architecture planning.

• Oversee D365 environment strategy, ensuring scalability and performance.

• Ensure completion of Microsoft FastTrack deliverables as part of project execution.

• Serve as the primary functional liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team.

• Communicate project status, risks, and deliverables effectively with both internal and external teams.

• Lead overall D365 deliverables to the customer, ensuring solution quality and alignment with business requirements.

Candidate Profile:

Required Experience & Skills:

• 10 to 15 years of experience in ERP systems, specifically Dynamics AX 2012 R3 and Dynamics 365 F&O.

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with end-to-end D365 F&O implementations.

• Strong knowledge of Functional Processes in Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM).

• Proven experience in:

  • Solution Architecting

  • Functional Documentation (FRD, BRD, TDD)

  • Integration and Data Migration Strategy

  • D365 Environment Planning

  • Microsoft FastTrack Framework

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.

• Strong client-facing skills and ability to present to stakeholders and leadership.

• Ability to work in cross-functional teams across multiple locations.

Education:

• UG: Any Graduate

• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics or related ERP modules are an added advantage.
