Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced D365 Functional Consultant to join our international consulting team. The ideal candidate will analyze business requirements across multiple European subsidiaries, manage Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations, and advise stakeholders on best practices while ensuring compliance with European accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and propose system/process improvements

• Manage D365 F&O / AX 2012 full lifecycle implementations

• Test functionality and oversee tool rollouts

• Conduct training sessions and support cross-functional teams

• Ensure compliance with EU accounting standards and local regulations

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Informatics, Finance, or related field

• MBA or PhD is a plus

• 10+ years in IT consulting or enterprise software delivery

• 5+ years hands-on D365 F&O / AX 2012 experience

• Experience in multi-country implementations and localization

• Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, Tax, Project Mgmt modules

• Business fluent in English (B2+); other European languages are a plus

Technical Knowledge

• Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, D365 CRM, Field Service

• Cost Accounting familiarity

• Integration of third-party ISV products

• Project management and stakeholder leadership experience
