Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO

• Perform business analysis, gather functional requirements, and prepare process mapping

• Configure functional modules and support the go-live and post go-live phases

• Conduct user acceptance testing and deliver functional training to users

• Draft and maintain Functional Design Documents (FDDs)

Eligibility Criteria:

• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO

• Strong knowledge in invoicing, reporting, and financial operations

• Experience with functional configuration, support, and documentation

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with Agile methodologies and full lifecycle implementations is a plus

• Preferably immediate joiners or those with short notice period
