Job Summary
Seeking an experienced D365 Functional Consultant with strong functional knowledge across key Dynamics 365 modules. The role involves understanding business requirements, creating detailed functional specs, implementing solutions, and supporting end-users in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement Dynamics 365 solutions
Gather and analyze business requirements for Dynamics 365 projects
Prepare functional specifications and configuration documentation
Provide training and functional support to end-users
Troubleshoot and resolve D365 implementation and configuration issues
Maintain documentation on D365 customizations and integrations
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes via D365 tools
Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules: Finance, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing
Strong functional consulting and business analysis experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Good teamwork skills with ability to work independently
Working experience with Agile development methodologies
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
Understanding of software development life cycle and collaboration with developers
Education
UG: Any Graduate
PG: Any Postgraduate
