Job Description:
BDO Rise is seeking an experienced Functional Consultant – D365 Finance and Supply Chain to lead and support enterprise business application (EBA) initiatives across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain. The role involves business process analysis, functional solution design, ERP strategy, implementation support, and client consulting. The consultant will work closely with technical teams, project leaders, and clients to deliver high-value, scalable ERP solutions while mentoring junior consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in ERP strategy, requirements gathering, and solution selection
• Document current business processes, applications, and impacted personas
• Identify inefficiencies and propose optimized future-state solutions
• Design functional solutions across ERP, Finance, and Supply Chain modules
• Create scorecards, dashboards, and evaluation presentations
• Provide functional guidance to technical leads, developers, and managers
• Manage system configuration, issues, defects, and change requests
• Support project implementation and post-go-live activities
• Lead assigned workstreams and mentor junior consultants
• Foster a client-focused, collaborative, and learning-driven team culture
Required Skills:
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (D365 F&SCM)
• Business process analysis and functional solution design
• ERP implementation and support experience
• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Client-facing consulting and stakeholder management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills:
• End-to-end D365 FO implementation experience
