Job Description:

Simpel Techlabs is seeking a D365 Functional Consultant with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver functional solutions across D365 modules. The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, user training, and post-go-live support for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into D365 functional solutions
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation
• Prepare functional design documents (FDDs) and solution documentation
• Support UAT, system testing, and post-go-live activities
• Conduct end-user training and provide functional support
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams
• Manage change requests, enhancements, and issue resolution

Required Skills:

• 2–4 years of experience as a D365 Functional Consultant
• Strong understanding of one or more D365 modules:
– Finance & Operations
– Sales
– Customer Service
– Supply Chain (preferred)
• Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis
• Hands-on experience with D365 configuration and customization
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to D365 integrations and data migration
• Experience in UAT planning and execution
• Microsoft D365 Functional certification
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

Education:

UG: B.Tech / B.E. in Any Specialization
