Job Description:

Artech is hiring experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultants to lead Finance & Operations (F&O) implementations across key financial modules. The role requires strong project delivery experience, leadership in solution design, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of D365 F&O Finance implementations.

• Manage the complete project lifecycle: discovery, design, implementation, go-live, and post-support.

• Configure and support financial modules such as:

  • General Ledger (GL)

  • Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Fixed Assets

  • Budgeting & Cost Accounting

  • Expense Management

  • Project Accounting

• Define and guide solution architecture in alignment with client business goals.

• Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and process mapping.

• Mentor junior consultants and review project deliverables to ensure quality.

• Oversee project financials: budgeting, resourcing, and profitability.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on finance transformation strategies.

• Collaborate with technical, testing, and integration teams for smooth delivery.

• Stay updated on Microsoft D365 releases and recommend best practices.

• Additional advantage: Working knowledge of D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8–13 years of experience in D365 F&O Finance implementations.

• Deep functional knowledge of core financial modules.

• Proven leadership in large ERP project implementations.

• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.

• Exposure to SCM modules in D365 is a plus.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (technical or functional preferred).
