Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Lead Finance Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This is a remote position with high visibility and leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and define business, technical, and architectural requirements from clients.

• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and critical business needs in current implementations.

• Lead the end-to-end functional architecture and solution design process.

• Drive discussions with stakeholders to propose and finalize solution options.

• Deliver functional configurations, training, and ongoing support in D365 Finance modules.

• Provide quality oversight and governance throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Present strategic solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Lead teams and manage D365 F&O finance-focused implementations.

Core Skills & Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance)

• Deep functional expertise in:

  • General Ledger (GL)

  • Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Cash & Bank Management

  • Budgeting

• Proven experience solving complex business problems using D365

• Demonstrable consulting and leadership experience

• Excellent in documentation, estimation, and stakeholder communication

• Advanced knowledge of business process mapping and finance operations

• Passion for customer-centric solutions with attention to quality and excellence

• Flexibility to travel as required for project needs

Educational Qualifications:

• Preferred:

  • CA Qualified / CA Inter

  • MBA (Finance) / PGDM

  • M.Com or equivalent postgraduate qualification

• UG:

  • B.Com / B.E. / B.Tech (Any Specialization)

Preferred Traits:

• Expertise in enterprise architecture and ERP deployments

• Strong understanding of industry verticals and business challenges

• High tolerance to pressure with effective multitasking skills

• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive delivery excellence
