Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced D365 Functional Expert with a strong background in ERP development and implementation, especially in Finance, Supply Chain, or Procure to Pay modules.

This is a newly created leadership role where you will be responsible for leading global development, testing, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions. You will play a critical part in aligning cross-functional teams, managing system training and stakeholder adoption, and ensuring successful ERP rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead stakeholder engagement and global rollout of D365 ERP across departments

• Develop, test, and implement new D365 modules and integrations

• Oversee system training, user adoption, and change management

• Drive ROI through automation, AI adoption, and process optimization

• Conduct fit-gap analysis, “as-is” vs “to-be” process documentation

• Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Architects to deliver scalable solutions

• Negotiate and manage vendor and consultant contracts

• Align system design with enterprise architecture

• Lead cross-functional global ERP implementation teams

• Ensure data security, controls, and auditability in partnership with IT Security

• Handle escalations and incident resolution at the highest level

• Monitor performance and develop technical roadmaps

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on D365 functional implementation experience

• 10+ years total experience with at least 2 ERP implementations

• 3+ years leading international/multi-country ERP implementations

• Strong experience working with integrations, system architecture, and end-to-end design

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)

• ITIL Certification and other relevant technical certifications preferred
