Job Description:

GSPANN Technologies is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Consultant to lead and deliver end-to-end D365 SCM implementations. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to analyze supply chain processes, design optimized solutions, and configure D365 SCM modules to meet client requirements. The consultant will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives across global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead D365 SCM implementations including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Analyze client supply chain processes and recommend process improvements
• Configure Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Production Control, WMS, and TMS modules
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and other D365 module teams
• Support data migration, integrations, and system enhancements
• Conduct user training and post-go-live support
• Prepare functional documents, test scripts, and user manuals
• Stay updated with Microsoft D365 updates and best practices

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM
• In-depth understanding of procurement, inventory, production, and logistics
• Functional configuration and implementation expertise
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Certification
• Knowledge of Power Platform and integrations
• Experience with data migration strategies

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory)
