Job Description:

Lucy Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Functional Consultant – D365 Supply Chain Management to work closely with the global Dynamics team in analysing business requirements, designing solutions, and leading local project teams. The role focuses on improving Trade, Logistics, and Production processes within a manufacturing environment by implementing and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management. The consultant will act as a change champion, driving digital adoption and ensuring measurable business benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse business requirements and recommend D365 SCM solutions
• Lead and support local project teams to improve supply chain processes
• Implement and enhance Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management
• Engage with stakeholders to capture functional and non-functional requirements
• Prepare Functional Requirements Documentation (FRD) and design documents
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and knowledge transfer sessions
• Coordinate and execute UAT and Acceptance Into Service (AIS) testing
• Promote standardisation and Group-wide processes
• Advocate adoption of digital technologies and modern business practices

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM / AX 2012
• In-depth knowledge of core Supply Chain modules (Trade, Logistics, Production)
• Business requirements elicitation and documentation skills
• Project coordination and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Skills:

• MB-300 / MB-330 certification
• Experience challenging and validating technical solutions
• Exposure to Business Intelligence and Data Governance
• Process and data ecosystem mapping skills
• Familiarity with data wrangling or basic coding

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field
(Professional certifications in Dynamics 365 preferred)
