Role Overview:
Lead and execute end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) functional consulting projects. Provide expert guidance on inventory, warehouse, procurement, and production modules while supporting large-scale rollouts and customer implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Functional consulting in D365 SCM (AX2009, AX2012, Dynamics 365FO).

• Execute large rollout projects across multiple locations.

• Deep functional expertise in Inventory, Warehouse, Procurement, Production, Master Planning, and Costing.

• Lead workshops and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Handle all phases of implementation: requirement gathering, CRP, training, UAT, Go-Live, and support.

• Maintain excellent customer-facing communication (written and verbal).

• Travel to customer locations as needed for project delivery.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) functional expertise

• Strong knowledge of inventory, warehouse, procurement, production, master planning, and costing

• Workshop facilitation and stakeholder communication

• End-to-end project lifecycle experience (requirement gathering to Go-Live)

• Customer-facing and consulting skills
