About the Role:

Proso AI is seeking an experienced and certified D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Dynamics 365 SCM solutions for our global clients. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the system aligns with their supply chain business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional design documentation.

• Lead and contribute to the delivery of at least 2 full-cycle D365 SCM implementation projects.

• Configure and implement modules such as Inventory Management and Warehouse Management in D365 SCM.

• Identify system issues, analyze root causes, and provide scalable functional solutions.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and project managers to ensure solution delivery.

• Estimate and manage workload for individual deliverables and support effort planning.

• Provide go-live and post-deployment support and user training.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

• Microsoft D365 SCM Functional Certification (mandatory).

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in D365 SCM.

• Proven track record with Inventory Management and Warehouse Management modules.

• Strong understanding of supply chain business processes.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with related Microsoft tools such as Azure DevOps, LCS, or Power Platform.

• Industry domain experience in Manufacturing, Retail, or Distribution sectors.
