Role Summary:

As a D365 F&O SCM Functional Lead, you will be responsible for leading ERP implementation projects focused on Supply Chain Management, working with cross-functional teams, configuring critical D365 F&O modules, and delivering end-to-end solutions for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in D365 F&O implementation projects involving 4-6 team members.

• Engage with enterprise clients to gather and analyze SCM requirements.

• Configure key modules:

  • Product Information Management

  • Inventory & Warehouse Management

  • Procurement & Sourcing

  • Sales & Marketing

  • Transport Management

  • Production Control

• Set up business process models and workflows in LCS.

• Prepare and deliver documentation: FRDs, FDDs, configuration docs, UAT plans, training materials, and Go-Live reports.

• Configure handheld devices and printers for WMS operations.

• Participate in and guide data migration using DIXF / ETL tools.

• Support UAT, training, and Go-Live for clients; mentor junior consultants.

• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into functional designs.

• Assist in pre-sales activities, demos, and solution scoping.

• Keep up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and new releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in ERP implementation; 4+ full-cycle D365 F&O projects.

• Strong expertise in:

  • Inventory & Warehouse Management

  • Product Information Management

  • Procurement & Sourcing

  • Sales & Marketing

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Advanced Warehouse Management (WMS)

  • Barcode tracking, license plate tracking

  • Quarantine management, inventory status control

  • Quality management setups

• Experience in manufacturing (discrete/process), FMCG, or pharma industries.

• Functional knowledge of integration with 3rd-party systems (WMS, handhelds, etc.).

• Skilled in LCS, Sure Step methodology, DIXF/data migration tools.

• Excellent functional documentation and client-facing skills.

• Microsoft Certifications in Supply Chain/Operations (preferred).

Preferred Expertise (Added Advantage):

• Transport Management configuration

• Integration with CPQ and bidding systems

• Experience in D365 CRM modules and Service Management

• HR module exposure or integration with third-party HR platforms

Educational Qualifications:

• UG: Any Graduate (Technical or Functional stream preferred)
