Job Description
Trident Information Systems is seeking an experienced D365 SCM Functional Consultant specializing in the Manufacturing module. The role involves end-to-end implementation, business process mapping, and user training for Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation for SCM and Manufacturing modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes including procurement, inventory, production, order management, and logistics.
Translate business requirements into system configurations, workflows, and reports.
Develop and execute test cases for unit, integration, and UAT testing.
Work with QA teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
Provide end-user training, create manuals, SOPs, and documentation.
Deliver post-implementation hyper care support and troubleshoot issues.
Recommend process optimizations and improvements to supply chain workflows.
Stay updated on new D365 SCM features and industry best practices.

Experience in full lifecycle ERP implementations.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Education
UG: Any Graduate (Engineering, Business, or related field preferred).
