About the Role

We are seeking a D365 Supply Chain Consultant responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role requires strong functional knowledge of manufacturing, procurement, inventory, logistics, and warehouse processes, along with hands-on experience translating business needs into system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Module Configuration & Deployment

Configure and deploy SCM modules including Inventory, Procurement, Production, and Warehouse Management (WMS).
Optimize D365 workflows to enhance process efficiency and system reliability.

Business Process Analysis

Conduct client workshops to gather requirements and understand process flows.
Document business processes, functional specifications, and configuration details.

Systems Integration

Support integrations between D365 and third-party systems.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.

Testing, Training & Go-Live Support

Drive functional testing, UAT cycles, and quality assurance activities.
Deliver end-user training and support during deployment and go-live phases.
Provide post-implementation support to resolve issues and stabilize operations.
