Role Overview

CTG is seeking an experienced ERP Functional Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM). This role is part of the product management team and focuses on enhancing and optimizing CTG’s proprietary solutions built on D365. The consultant will serve as the bridge between business teams and technology teams to ensure that ERP solutions align with business goals, support operational excellence, and scale effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams to implement and enhance D365 SCM solutions.
Analyze business requirements and design solutions that leverage Dynamics 365 capabilities.
Customize and configure modules including Product Information Management, Production Control, Inventory & Warehouse Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, and Quality Management.
Support the evolution of ERP systems to meet organizational growth and efficiency goals.
Translate business challenges into functional requirements for the technical team.
Ensure high-quality solution delivery through testing, validation, and continuous optimization.
Contribute to product improvement initiatives within the ERP ecosystem.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM).
Strong understanding of standard D365 SCM functionalities and integration across modules.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven ability to work effectively in multinational and multicultural environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge

Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Understanding of business processes in the Pharmaceutical and Food manufacturing industries.
Knowledge of Finance processes within ERP systems.
Awareness of GxP regulations and Computerized System Validation (CSV) principles based on GAMP5 guidelines.
Experience with automated testing tools such as RSAT or XPlus Automated Boost for Life Sciences.

In-depth knowledge of Production Planning & Control, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain Optimization.
Creative and structured problem-solving approach.
Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and translate business needs into technical actions.
