Job Description:

Orcapod Consulting Services is urgently hiring freshers from 2024 and 2025 batches for the role of Digital Marketing Executive / Process Executive – Voice. This is a great opportunity to begin your career in digital marketing and customer engagement with a top-tier ITES company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound voice communication with customers

• Support digital marketing processes within a BPO/ITES environment

• Communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing

• Accurately document interactions and issue resolutions

• Resolve technical queries and escalate complex issues as needed

• Detect and report app defects or inconsistencies

• Participate in root cause analysis and process improvement

• Maintain service levels and quality metrics in a fast-paced setting

• Work closely with team leads and follow operational guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation in Technical/IT disciplines: B.Tech, B.Sc (IT/Computer Science), MCA, or equivalent

• 0 to 6 months of experience in digital marketing (preferred)

• Digital Marketing certification required if fresher

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

• Strong typing skills and attention to detail

• Familiarity with MS Office, Windows OS, and internet research

• Willingness to work night shifts and rotational schedules (24×7)

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

• Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation

Shift Details:

• Shifts: Rotational (24/7), including night shifts

• Work Type: Permanent Work from Office (Hyderabad or Gurugram)

• Travel: Not Required
