Position Overview

Orixcom is seeking a highly motivated and strategically driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen its digital presence and enhance B2B engagement across global markets. This position is designed for a marketing professional with hands-on experience managing LinkedIn-focused B2B campaigns, running multi-channel paid ads, creating high-quality content, and optimizing digital touchpoints for engagement and lead-generation.
The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, capable of planning large-scale digital strategies while independently executing daily content creation, campaign optimization, and audience engagement.


Key Responsibilities

1. Multi-Channel Campaign Management

  • Define and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to support targeted campaigns.

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to maintain ongoing ICP alignment.

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms, with primary emphasis on LinkedIn.

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Ads and sponsored campaigns aimed at B2B awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

  • Maintain a comprehensive content calendar ensuring consistency, relevance, and timely delivery.

  • Manage cross-functional campaign execution to ensure strategic alignment and maximum impact.

  • Track campaign performance, analyze data, and deliver clear reports highlighting ROI and insights for optimization.

2. Paid Advertising & Re-Engagement Campaigns

  • Plan and manage paid digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta platforms.

  • Focus on re-engagement, lead nurturing, and targeted outreach aligned with B2B goals.

  • Allocate and optimize advertising budgets to ensure maximum return on investment.

  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve conversions and campaign effectiveness.

3. Content Creation & Optimization

  • Create engaging, brand-aligned written and multimedia content for web, social media, digital channels, and leadership profiles.

  • Partner with designers to conceptualize and produce creative assets tailored for B2B audiences.

  • Plan and manage content calendars tied to marketing objectives and product priorities.

  • Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit short-form video content (including reels/shorts) for digital platforms.

  • Incorporate branded visual elements into multimedia content.

  • Use AI-based tools for ideation, editing, captioning, and trend-focused content creation while maintaining brand standards.

4. Social Media & Community Management

  • Manage and expand the company’s digital presence across all social platforms, with priority on LinkedIn.

  • Engage with audiences through timely responses, active participation, and consistent value-driven communication.

  • Execute both paid and organic initiatives while monitoring platform trends.

  • Adjust strategies based on evolving social algorithms, competitor activity, and audience behavior.

5. Website & Conversion Rate Optimization

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine website content, user journeys, and functionality.

  • Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, CTAs, forms, and layouts to improve user engagement and conversion performance.

  • Support continuous improvement of website design, structure, and user experience based on analytics insights.


Candidate Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn company pages, Ads, and campaigns for B2B organizations.

  • Demonstrated success running Google and Meta Ads for lead generation and re-engagement.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager.

  • Experience with CRM/marketing automation tools such as HubSpot.

  • Familiarity with social media management platforms and content scheduling tools.

  • Knowledge of analytics and data interpretation for ongoing strategy refinement.

  • Strong command of English for writing, editing, and communication.

  • Good understanding of Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent creative tools.

  • Ability to conceptualize, shoot, and edit short videos for digital channels.

  • Familiarity with AI-based content tools for ideation and editing.

  • Experience with paid social advertising optimization, audience segmentation, and retargeting.

  • Basic graphic design or video editing experience (Canva, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools).
