Job Description

XL Management is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating digital content and executing both paid and organic campaigns to improve lead generation and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content, posters, videos, and posts for digital platforms

• Run paid and organic campaigns to boost lead generation and online visibility

• Plan and manage digital marketing strategies using Google Ads, Social Media Marketing (SMM), and SEO

• Optimize campaign performance across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.

• Monitor and analyze key metrics to improve campaign effectiveness

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and PPC

• Familiarity with SEO/SEM, SMO, AdWords, and online branding techniques

• Experience with content creation, lead generation, and campaign management

• Basic knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
