Job Description:

Phenom People is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Intern focused on content creation to join our marketing team. This opportunity is ideal for recent postgraduates or current Master’s students in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields who have a passion for storytelling, brand communication, and digital creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and curate engaging content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and digital assets
Develop short-form videos, reels, and visual content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
Assist in planning and maintaining the content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns
Conduct market and trend research to identify engagement opportunities
Collaborate with teams including Design, Product Marketing, and Employer Branding
Measure and report content performance with actionable insights

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Master’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Mass Communication, English, Media Studies, or related fields
Strong written English, editing, and storytelling skills
Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Express, Buffer, or similar platforms
Familiarity with SEO principles, social media trends, and content marketing strategies
Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively across teams
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
