Job Summary

Innomax IT Solutions is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive & SEO Analyst to manage social media content, assist with SEO activities, handle creative development, and support various marketing functions. This role is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media channels.

• Manage daily activities on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

• Create social media posts, reels, videos, and creatives using Canva.

• Conduct keyword research and perform basic on-page and off-page SEO tasks.

• Assist with Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns (training provided if needed).

• Edit short-form videos (reels, shorts) for brand promotions.

• Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign requirements.

• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and platform insights.

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

• Engage with online communities by responding to comments and messages.

• Schedule posts using Meta Business Suite and ensure consistent publishing.

• Contribute creative ideas for content, reels, and ad campaigns.

• Collaborate with internal teams for shoots, content creation, and marketing activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year preferred, but freshers with skills are welcome.

• Education: Any graduate (Marketing/Media backgrounds preferred but not mandatory).

• Candidate priority: Residents of or willing to relocate to Kukatpally, JNTU, Miyapur, Pragathi Nagar, or Hitech City.

Technical Skills

• Basic SEO knowledge (on-page/off-page).

• Basic Google Ads familiarity.

• Strong Canva skills for creative design.

• Basic video editing skills (reels, short videos).

• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite.

• Understanding of Google Analytics.

Soft Skills

• Creative mindset with good design sense.

• Strong written and verbal communication.

• Ability to manage social pages and engage audiences.

• Strong team collaboration and independent working capabilities.
