Job Description:

Upskill Leverage is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, launch, and manage end-to-end Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) aimed at driving student enrollment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ad performance metrics, funnel optimization, and budget management. This role requires someone capable of scaling campaigns profitably while maintaining a stable Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
• Monitor and optimize ad performance to drive high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
• Manage monthly advertising budgets and scale winning campaigns
• Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements
• Set up and manage tracking via Pixels and marketing funnels
• Collaborate with the growth team to align campaigns with business goals
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, especially in Ed-tech

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaign management
• Strong knowledge of online advertising, ad targeting, and funnels
• Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and scaling campaigns
• Excellent understanding of Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and ROAS metrics
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Ed-tech or education sector marketing
• Knowledge of Google Ads, social media strategy, and performance marketing
• Familiarity with advertising agencies and campaign scaling strategies
